We offer standard delivery within 3-5 working days for a flat fee of £4.95. Free shipping is available on all UK orders over £100. Express next-day delivery options are also available at checkout for urgent orders.
What is your return policy for fashion items?
We offer a 28-day return window from the date of receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with all tags still attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings and intimate apparel cannot be returned unless faulty.
How do I know which size to order?
Each product page features a detailed size guide specific to the brand. As we stock various premium labels, we recommend checking the individual measurements provided. If you are between sizes, our team suggests sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
Can I track my order once it has been dispatched?
